Staying at this hotel was an absolute joy! The rooms were comfortable with good storage space, although a safety deposit box was missing, and the bathroom was tight but not a deal-breaker. The service made me feel like part of a family, especially thanks to Christina, who was outstanding. The location is a gem in NYC, being so convenient for exploring the city and close to Penn Station. The dining options exceeded my expectations and made for a great start to the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor room considerations.
